The Brera Astronomical Museum has been selected as part of the free adoption program established under the 2026 call for proposals of the “Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza”, a nationally significant initiative dedicated to promoting and enhancing Italy’s cultural heritage.
The program supports cultural institutions and local communities not only through direct interventions, but also through a mentoring scheme in which communication agencies and professionals contribute their expertise to develop strategies aimed at increasing the visibility and cultural impact of the selected organizations.
Within this framework, the Museum has been adopted by the Marketing Territoriale: Strategie e nuove prospettive laboratory, which is part of the Scienze Umanistiche per la Comunicazione degree program at the University of Milan. The collaboration will focus on developing a communication strategy designed to highlight the Museum’s historical, scientific, and cultural significance at both the local and national levels.
This important recognition confirms the value of the Brera Astronomical Museum as an exceptional place where science, history, and innovation intersect, as well as its ability to engage with the wider community through innovative and collaborative initiatives.
