This tower was the first home of the Brera Astronomical Observatory.<br>The building consisted of three levels: the first floor was divided into six rooms housing observation instruments, clocks, the library, and other facilities; the second floor featured a large octagonal hall where the main telescopes were used; the third floor included a terrace and two small conical domes for smaller instruments.<br>The model was commissioned by Boscovich himself in the early months of 1765 to present the project to the superiors of the Brera College and to the Governor of Milan.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MusAB, Museo Segreto and <strong>Schiaparelli&#8217;s Dome<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sunday, 1 March, 10:30 AM | 11:00 AM | 11:30 AM | 12:00 PM | 12:30 PM | 2:30 PM | 3:00 PM | 3:30 PM | 4:00 PM | 4:30 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid admission for the guided tour (in italian) of the <strong>Schiaparelli Dome<\/strong><br><strong><strong>Ticket and reservations<\/strong>:<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emma4culture.com\/museoastronomicodibrera\/shop\/events\">https:\/\/www.emma4culture.com\/museoastronomicodibrera\/shop\/events<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visit to the historic dome<\/strong>, located on the rooftops of Palazzo Brera.
